The
Shotokan Karate Club is a group of students with a common
interest in learning and training in the art of Shotokan
Karate.
The objectives of the club are to introduce students to the basics of karate
(strikes and blocks), kata (patterns of karate), sparring, self-defence, and
the philosophy of Shotokan.
In addition to learning karate, students focus on improving coordination, physical
fitness, and learning self-defense. Beginners and students with prior
experience are welcome.

Rules & Bi-Laws ~
The Shotokan Karate Club do excercise some basic dojo
rules and also follow the club's bi-laws to ensure your
safety while practicing karate in class. Failure to follow
the rules may result in dismissal from the club.
